Every call would be logged and aTicket is created against it. Please do not forget to ask for the Ticket number which can be useful to you for any future correspondence or follow up.

You may drop an email to support@martjack.com and an automated email acknowledgment is sent to you along with a Unique Ticket Number. You may use this Ticket Number as a reference to your conversation and follow up on the same. The SLA for the Email Support on the critical issues is 4 Hours from the time the Ticket is generated. All the Tickets will be answered in the order they are received.
